Named for the town of its origin, this lady seems too sweet initially and then just melts your heart with the delightful aromas of orange blossoms and apricot followed by ripe peaches. This perfectly balanced luscious sipping wine with classic viognier flavors enhanced by a delightfully sweet fruitiness and a hint of spice from the Traminette is a lady not to be underrated.. (Wonderful alone, but try with the sweet shellfishes: shrimp, crab and lobster in an alfredo sauce – and don’t forget peach pie and other sweet things!)
