furnishings, Hobson House welcomes you graciously and shares glimpses of
its history with framed memorabilia and possessions displayed
throughout the house.

Built in 1931 by Frank
Hobson (Owner Frank’s father) for his bride, Thelma Snow (Hobson) who was
so excited about her new home that she persuaded Frank’s father to return
from their honeymoon two days early.
Frank’s parents, Frank and
Thelma Hobson, lived in this very house for 64 years before the death of
Frank, Sr. in 1999. After Thelma’s death in 2005, Frank and Lenna decided to share the treasured family home with
others by opening Hobson House as a ‘home away from home’.
